Location was very good as it was close to the airport with a few good restaurants nearby and a grocery store just around the counter to pickup snacks for the flight and some baked goods for breakfast. We visited the Italian restaurant next door and it was excellent. Quick service with great food. If you are taking the shuttle bus, do not look for the yellow vehicle. It is actually a bigger coach style bus. I have included a picture. You do not have to prearrange for the shuttle as there is a lot of room and it comes frequently. The room was very clean and had a little kitchenette if you wanted a meal in this would be perfect. They offered breakfast for an extra fee, but we just went to the corner grocery store. A Nespresso Coffee machine was in the room with assorted pods.

Excellent in cleanliness! Not even NY Palace is as clean as this hotel. It deserves more than 5 stars and 5 diamonds. Everything in the room was top quality and super comfortable. Staff also was very friendly Price was reasonable also. My husband and I needed a one night stay. We received luxury comfort with reasonable price All the other hotels near Frankfurt airport were at least double price I want to thank all of you for a wonderful experience.. From now on your hotel will be the top of the list of hotels to stay at when we travel.

Shuttle bus from hotel to airport which operates every 30 mins starting from 5.45 am. The price is 6 euros per person. Location near to the airport. However I am not sure if it would be possible to walk to the terminal. Espresso machine, electric stove and kichenete including dish washer in the room. The supermarket REWE is just a few minutes walk which have everything that you might need in case you want to prepare your own foods. Walking distance (about 10 mins) from the S-Bahn train station (Gateway Garden). We paid 5.80 euros from Frankfurt Hbf which is quite okay. The lobby is quite nice too.

Since we discovered we always stay at this hotel (before and after our overseas flight from Frankfurt). The hotel is not far away from the airport and they provide accommodation for everybody (single/family/etc). Comfortable beds, full kitchen with microwave, tea and coffee making machines, self-shopping at the lobby, bar, clean and modern bathrooms, parking under the hotel (extra charge), shuttle service, etc… Breakfast is not extraordinary, but the variety and the quality is ok. Not far away from the hotel there is an italian restaurant where you can eat from 7:30-0:00. The price-value ratio raises this hotel to an absolute recommended one, but handle it as it is… a business hotel style for an overnight or two…

The close proximity to the airport. Especially in times when public transport is not reliable, it is good to know you are in walking distance to Terminal 2 (15 minutes) and train station. There is a supermarket just around the corner. Very convenient.

I had to stay here in an emergency after my flight from Frankfurt to Singapore was cancelled. I arrived late (0030). The two male members of on duty at the time (on 19-20th July around midnight) were excellent, very helpful. One even helped to try and order food from a local food takeaway for us, knowing we had just a cancelled flight and were very hungry! Rooms were clean and tidy and well furnished. Excellent shower, powerful and spacious. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice for €14 per person. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommend staying here, very convenient for the airport! (5 minutes drive away)

I used this as an airport transfer hotel, and it worked well for that purpose. The room was fine (although figuring out all the light switches was a project), and the breakfast was excellent. Even next to the airport, the room was quiet.
